Some of you may know me as the mayor of Paw Paw, some as the son-in-law of Donald Largent, some as the guy who helped open the hardware store in Paw Paw, and some of you may know me as a contractor in Morgan County.
I am also a husband to Vicky Wolfe for 34 years, who you may know as a home health nurse in Morgan, Hampshire and Berkeley counties.

I am a father of two, Rebecca Carpenter and Adam Wolfe and grandfather of five. My son, Adam Wolfe, is also my business partner in F&S Contracting, LLP and lives in Paw Paw.

I was born in Frederick County, Va. and lived there for a short time in my early childhood. Then we moved to Capon Bridge, where I lived and served my community for many years. I now reside in Paw Paw, and have for the last five years.

I am deeply ingrained with a desire to serve the people of the community in which I live. I drove a school bus in Hampshire County for 13 years. I was a volunteer of the Capon Bridge Rescue & Fire Department for many years. I have given away many hours of my time for the betterment of the communities that I live in, as well as for the citizens.

I believe the bonds of trust must be restored between the citizens and their representatives in the political venue. Our government must once again become functional and serve the needs of the people.

We, as the citizens of the greatest country in the world and the greatest state in the union, must regain control of our local and federal government. We can no longer afford to let big business and the elite control the decisions made by our political leaders. We have to demand a higher standard of morals and ethics in government officials.

I think it is wrong that we are losing jobs at a staggering rate to foreign countries. What can we do? This is a call to action for every citizen of the counties of my district to take a stand for what is right. People cannot continue to complain amongst themselves and expect results. If these complaints are not brought to light, and made heard by those who have the power to vote the will of the people, we will not see results.

We must tap into the green business opportunities. We must elevate ourselves to a higher standard for green living and in doing so create a stable environment and economy in this state.

If elected, I will seek out every dollar made available to rebuild the infrastructure of our district. These are your tax dollars and you deserve to benefit from them.!
